General

Welcome to "Lefatzeach – Brain & Thinking Games" - an app of short challenge games for memory, focus, reaction speed and math & logic. Using the app means you agree to these terms. The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.

License to use

Subject to these terms, the developer grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for private, non-commercial purposes, on an iOS device you own or control.

Free tier, subscription and ads

The app is free to download, and permanently includes four games from the catalog, the full daily workout (even when it includes locked games), the "Seed of the Day", and one free taste of every locked game. The free version occasionally shows ads (Google AdMob). A subscription called "Lefatzeach+" (19.90 ₪/month or 99.90 ₪/year, no free trial) unlocks every game, removes ads, and gives a 1.5× seed-earning rate plus cosmetic extras. The subscription automatically renews for another period of the same length, at the same price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel in your Apple ID account settings (App Store → your name → Subscriptions), not through the developer. Billing is handled and processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple per its policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Seeds and seed packs

"Seeds" are an in-game virtual currency, used to buy cosmetic items and boosts in the in-app shop. Seeds are earned by playing, and additional seed packs can also be purchased for money (a one-time consumable purchase). Seeds have no cash value or cash-conversion value, and cannot be transferred to another user, another account, or outside the app. A consumable purchase cannot be restored via "Restore Purchases", except under Apple's own refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Not a medical device

Lefatzeach games are for challenge and enjoyment, to practice thinking, memory, focus and reaction speed. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, prevent or treat any medical or cognitive condition. The app is a tool for challenge and practice only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment of any kind, and does not promise any improvement in cognitive ability. Anyone concerned about a medical or cognitive condition should consult a qualified professional.

Fair use

You may not use the app for an unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy the source code, or bypass the purchase or subscription mechanism, and may not redistribute the app or parts of it.

Intellectual property

The game names, the mascot "Pitzy", the visual design, the brand language and the progression structure (levels, shells, Leaf Shield and others) are the intellectual property of the app’s developer. The underlying game mechanics themselves (e.g. memory or reaction exercises common to the genre) are general game forms and are not exclusively owned by anyone.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and to the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from use of the app, reliance on it, or loss of data stored only on the device.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. A material update will be posted on this page with a new update date. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
